Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Homesland Animal Shelter (Pertubuhan Kebajikan Haiwan Selangor) (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through homeslandanimalshelter.com (the “Website”). Because your contributions directly fund the rescue, rehabilitation, and medical care of stray animals, we enforce the following policies regarding financial transactions.

1. Donations

No Refunds on Donations: All monetary donations made to Homes Land Animal Shelter are considered final, unconditional, and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, the funds are immediately allocated to support our animal welfare missions, including food, shelter, and emergency veterinary treatments.

Unauthorised or Mistaken Transactions: If you believe an error occurred or an unauthorised transaction was made under your name, please contact us immediately at homesland2022@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +6016-305 9889 within 7 days of the transaction date. We will review such claims on a case-by-case basis.

2. Recurring Sponsorships / Monthly Donations

Cancellation Anytime: If you have signed up for a recurring monthly donation or animal sponsorship program, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel: To cancel your recurring payment, please contact us at homesland2022@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +6016-305 9889 at least 7 business days before your next scheduled billing date.

Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future automated charges. Previous payments processed prior to the cancellation request will not be refunded.
